Bungalow Renovation Consent

This consented bungalow renovation project consisted of the removal of the old existing back deck, and the old skyline garage, to transform the back yard into a family-friendly oasis, with the new addition of a fully contained sleepout. Also the creation of new modern contemporary living spaces inside the principal house, along with a new ensuite. 

NZ based architect Joseph Chalmers from Research Architecture Design (RAD Workshop) created the elegant indoor/outdoor flow and feel for this family home. radworkshop.net
